The Hotel Management Department of Shree Hanumat Institute of Management and Technology successfully organized a Cake Mixing Ceremony, marking the joyous beginning of the festive season with great enthusiasm and devotion. The event was conducted under the gracious guidance and blessings of the worthy Management and the Respected Principal, Dr. Palwinder Kumar.
This traditional pre-Christmas celebration aimed to provide students with practical exposure to bakery traditions while fostering creativity, teamwork, and professional culinary skills. Students actively participated in the ceremonial mixing of assorted dry fruits, nuts, and aromatic spices, gaining valuable insights into ingredient selection, hygiene standards, and professional baking practices.
